Order Status

  • What is the status of my order?
    To get the status of your order, first Log in to your Solbiato account. Under My Account > My Orders click View or Order # button to see your order details.

Return or Exchange

  • How do I return or exchange the item I brought online?
    You can return your order to our Washington DC store. Please make sure to bring the original invoice, the credit card used for the purchase and a valid identification is also required.  

Store Pickup

  • Store Pickup (Free)
    Store Pickup lets you buy items online and pick them up in the store. You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery changes.

    Here how it works

    1. During checkout, choose Store Pickup (Free) 

    2. Place you order online and wait to Receive a "Ready for pickups" e-mail. (This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation)

    3. Bring your ID, Credit Card used for purchase and Order Confirmation to the store to pick up your items

    4. We will hold items at the store for 8 days

    Who can pick up your order

    Only you can pick up your order yourself.
