To get the status of your order, first Log in to your Solbiato account. Under My Account > My Orders click View or Order # button to see your order details.
In-Person – At our Georgetown office located at 1511 Wisconsin Ave NW. Please call us at 202-338-4005 to pre-arrange the products you need if you are looking to exchange your items. We kindly request 24 hours notice so that we can be prepared for you when you arrive at your scheduled appointment. We do require for you to have the original credit card used for the purchase and a valid identification with you for all transactions. Walk-ins will not be accepted without prior notice.
