Shipping and Handling

We ship to all fifty United States.

We ONLY ship to the verified Billing Address of the credit card being used!

Standard Shipping

Orders within the DMV will arrive within 2 to 3 business days, following credit card authorization. Orders shipping out of the DMV will take slightly longer. Standard Shipping is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. territories. All Standard Shipping is handled by UPS.

Expedited Shipping

Express Shipping orders must be placed before noon for same day processing.  Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 Noon through Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. In such cases you will be contacted by phone or via email.

Returns With an Original Sales Receipt

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days with a receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid.  Packages must be returned prepaid — we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Returning Items to the Solbiato Georgetown Office

You can return your order in-person Monday through Friday at our office location in Georgetown.  Please call us ahead at 202-338-4005 to arrange a time to come in.
The original invoice, the credit card used for the purchase and a valid photo identification is required.
